• We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and according to the Office of Fair Trading Practice.

• We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

• We will not e-mail you to let you know about new fabrics and products on the site unless you have given your consent on the order form.

• If we do send you a 'marketing email' about our services, you will have the option to refuse further marketing emails.

• We do not release your personal information to other traders or third parties, except to named fabric manufacturers solely in order that they send you fabric swatch samples directly and only prior to receiving your consent.

• The type of information we will collect about you your name, address, phone number and email address.

• We do not collect or store credit card numbers - these are collected by our Credit Card Service, WorldPay.

• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

• The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

• The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Office of Fair Trading Practice.

• If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
