I do not have a digital file of the image I want to use. Can you use an actual photograph?
Yes, you can send any photograph or painting to us up to A4 size. We then scan your image to the correct resolution to reproduce on your chosen canvas size.

We will advise you if we feel your image is not of a quality that will reproduce correctly.

When will I receive my ordered item?
Your order will be ready for delivery within 14 days of the order placed.

Can I have a colour photo made black & white or sepia?
Yes, this is one of our most popular questions.

How accurate will the reproduction of my image be?
The final print quality will vary depending on the quality of the original image supplied and the size you require the image taking to. The technology we use to digitally print our products is the best available within the UK resulting in no unsatisfied customers to date.

If I want to send you a digital file of an image, what format and quality should I use?
Please make the file resolution 150dpi or above and at 100% of the size required and email the file to us at debra@digitalfabrics.co.uk OR ann-marie@digitalfabrics.co.uk

Can I send an artwork file I created on PC?
We can prepare artwork for print from any PC file providing it has been saved in JPEG or EPS format?

What type of fabric do you use?
The fabric we use is specially coated to provide maximum colour vibrancy. This fabric is suitable for most indoor environments fire rated at M1, B1, and Class 1.

How are the prints produced?
The canvas we use is 100% polyester providing maximum colour vibrancy. The printing process we use is dye sublimation which means your image is actually dyed into the fabric

How do I care for my canvas?
Canvas prints are for indoor use only. They should not be exposed to moisture. Avoid touching the surface of the prints with your hands as this may transfer oils which could mark the fabric, affecting the appearance of your prints.
