Accepting Orders
Where you supply your own images you MUST provide confirmation that you have rights to use and reproduce the chosen image. Orders will only be accepted where the appropriate permissions section has been duly completed on the Order Form.
Digital Fabric Innovations have the right to refuse any images supplied by the customer, at any time and for any reason.
Cancellations
Cancellation of any order must be made within 24 hours of placement.
If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 10 working days.
Carriage
Orders for any product exceeding £250 (ex VAT) will be delivered free of charge. This applies to UK mainland only excluding Highlands of Scotland. Orders below these value criteria will be subject to a standard carriage charge. Orders will be calculated by weight then charged accordingly.
Special delivery arrangements will be made for what we believe to be fragile products. Associated carriage charges will be notified to you at the time we send your order acknowledgement.
Claims - Any Product
It is the BUYERS responsibility, regardless of delivery address to ensure goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality.
Complaints

Confirmation of Orders
Orders received on-line will be confirmed by email. Orders and payments received by post will be confirmed by SMS message or 1st class postcard.
If there are any errors we must be notified within 24 hours of confirmation to allow orders to be changed.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Damaged Goods
These must be claimed for within 72 hours of receipt of goods whereupon a replacement will be despatched where possible.
Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Payment Terms
Payment is by credit or debit card, cheques in UK pounds sterling.
Cheques should be made Payable to Digital Fabric Innovations Limited and sent to the address below. Orders paid for by cheque will only be processed once the cheque has cleared.
Payment and Taxes
We accept payment by credit or debit card, cheque or Digital Fabric Innovations gift vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo & Visa Electron. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Placing an Order
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing all orders. If you cancel your order within the cancellation period your deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. We will only commence your order once all elements required from you have been received.
Prices
Digital Fabric Innovations Limited reserves the right to review prices, discounts and terms at anytime and therefore these are subject to alteration without notice. Orders are accepted at prices, discounts and terms applicable on date of despatch. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
Returns Policy
- Making Returns
To return any products to us clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Pack the items back in the parcel, enclose the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you MUST always obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Special Orders
When an order has been specially made or coloured, such goods are NOT RETURNABLE unless faulty. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can such orders be cancelled after the work has been put in hand.
VAT
VAT will be charged at the standard UK rate applicable at point of sale.
Disclaimer & Limitations of liability
Digital Fabric Innovations Limited does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Digital Fabric Innovations Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Digital Fabrications Limited) or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
